The process

Introduction
A conversation about how we work and what you are looking for. No commitment and no pressure to go further.
Identity
Photo identification and proof of address. These need to be in place before anything can progress.
Source of funds
Evidence of where the capital has come from. It protects both of us and means nothing unravels later at exchange.
Eligibility
You sign a short statement confirming that you qualify as a high-net-worth or self-certified sophisticated investor. We keep it on file.
Written terms
The structure, the security and the timeline set out on paper so there is nothing left to memory or goodwill.
Heads of terms
Documented and sent to your solicitor.
Completion
The paperwork completes and the real work begins. From here you will receive updates from us as the project progresses.
