Privacy notice
How we handle your data.
Last updated 8 August 2026.
Who we are
K Sandhu Property Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through ksandhuproperty.co.uk. You can reach us at hello@ksandhuproperty.co.uk.
What we collect
If you join our investor list we collect the name andemail address you provide. If you email us directly, we hold the contents of that correspondence. We do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your details to send you information about K Sandhu Property Ltd — updates on projects, and details of partnership opportunities. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You may withdraw it at any time, and doing so does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Where you contact us about a possible arrangement, we may also rely onlegitimate interests in responding to your enquiry, and on legal obligation where anti-money-laundering or record-keeping rules apply.
Who else sees it
Our investor list is administered using MailerLite, which processes the data on our behalf under contract. Email is handled by Google Workspace. Both are processors, not controllers: they may not use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we share them with nobody else except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep investor list data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and we review the list periodically to remove contacts who have been inactive for more than two years. Records relating to an actual transaction are kept for as long as legal, tax and anti-money-laundering obligations require — generally six years.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access a copy of your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have it erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Email hello@ksandhuproperty.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would rather you told us first so we can put it right.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of the page.
