We focus on Meriden, Bedworth, and the Warwickshire villages between Coventry and Nuneaton. If you are an agent or vendor with something in that patch — particularly tired stock, probate sales, or properties awkward enough to put off owner-occupiers — we would like to hear about it.
We can move quickly, we do not need a chain, and we would rather give you a straight no than waste your time.
